We want you to be completely in love with your purchase! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, just return the item in the condition in which you received it (with any/all tags still attached).
We offer a full 30-day return policy. Items must be new/unused original condition in which you received them. All original packaging, accessories, and paperwork must be included. The buyer must contact us to get a return approval before sending the item(s) back.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We reserve the right to reject any returned items if they don’t meet the return conditions mentioned above. Returned items not in original condition or with missing packaging/accessories/papers will not be accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges are only permitted if the item you received is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Once we receive the returned item and it has been inspected, you will be notified that your return has been received and processed. The refund will be applied back to your original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 business days after the return is delivered for us to process it.
