Do you sell any fakes or replicas?
Absolutely not. We inspect every single item we buy for authenticity to ensure that everything shipped to our customers is genuine. All of our items are guaranteed authentic or money back including shipping both ways. We don’t like replicas at ShadesHQ!

Are the images shown on your website of the actual items?
Yes, we take detailed images to show as much of the actual condition of the item as possible.
 
Which payment method do you accept?
ShadesHQ accepts the following methods of payment:
- Pay Pal
- Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard , Discover, American Express or other applicable card network.
Note: We only accepts payments if your shipping address is Verified for PayPal and if you are using any card then we will only ship to the BILLING ADDRESS.
        
We accept PayPal and all other forms of payment offered by eBay. For faster shipment, please make payment as soon as possible after order placement. Orders are shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment. 

When will my order be shipped?
We usually ships the item within 1 business day.

How will my order be shipped?
We ship all the items using USPS.

Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, you just have to select pickup at checkout. 

Do you ship to APO/FPO?
No, we don't.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally however, Please note that all items entering countries outside the US may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with national laws. Import duties & taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for all additional expenses incurred. Please check with your local customs office for possible charges.

What is your return policy?
We offer a full 30-day return policy. Items must be new/unused original condition in which you received them. All original packaging, accessories and paperwork must be included. Buyer must contact us to get a return approval before sending the item(s) back. We reserve the right to reject any returned items if they don’t meet the return conditions mentioned above. Returned items not in original condition or with missing packaging/accessories/papers will not be accepted.

How long does it take to process refunds?
Once we receive the return item and it has been inspected, you will be notified that your return has been received and processed. The refund will be applied back to your original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 business days after the return is delivered for us to process it.

Exchanges are only permitted if the item you received is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Can I sell you something?
No, we do not offer this service yet.
